ESCL transfer of ownership to Sonic Healthcare

East Side Clinical Laboratory is pleased and excited to announce a transfer of ownership effective December 1, 2009. Our name remains the same with current services and personnel unchanged. Moving forward, we anticipate an expansion of our service options with our owner, Sonic Healthcare.
