Bio:
Pamela Erickson is the Quality Assurance Manager for East Side Clinical Laboratory. Pam’s tenure with the company began in 2006 as Hematology Supervisor before advancing to her current role. Today, Pam is responsible for gathering, measuring, and analyzing data to ensure ESCL operations meet quality and regulatory standards both internally and externally. She is also responsible for creating and maintaining quality management, general laboratory and safety standards used throughout the laboratory.
Pam brings extensive technical and administrative experience to our laboratory environment. Throughout her career, she has worked in several hospital laboratories including Miriam Hospital, Providence, RI, South County Hospital, Wakefield, RI, and Shriners Hospital for Children – Twin Cities, St. Paul, MN. She has also worked in research laboratories at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, and the University of Pennsylvania. Pam received her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of Detroit Mercy and her Master’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Rhode Island.
